Elevator and lift planning for factories and industrial sites
Load type, duty cycle, and coordination with production activity — the questions an industrial site should be ready to answer before a category is proposed.

Educational material to help prepare an initial conversation. It is not a technical specification or final recommendation.
We have supported installations at manufacturing and industrial sites, including facilities within the Batamindo industrial area. An industrial brief is usually the most operations-driven of all our segments — the equipment has to fit around a working production line, not the other way around.
Start with what actually moves
People, raw material, finished goods, and maintenance crews often move on different schedules and through different openings in an industrial building. Naming each movement type separately, with its rough frequency, is more useful than a single 'goods elevator' request.
Duty pattern and operating environment
How often equipment will be used across a shift, and the environmental conditions it will sit in — dust, temperature, humidity, or wash-down requirements common in shipyard and manufacturing settings — affect the category discussion well before dimensions do.
Access constraints inside a working site
Installation and later maintenance both need a route into the building that does not conflict with an active production schedule. Site access hours, safety inductions, and any permit-to-work procedures are worth stating upfront rather than discovering during scheduling.
Coordinating with the site's own safety procedures
Most industrial sites already run their own safety management system. Our installation and maintenance personnel hold K3 (occupational health & safety) certification from Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower, which we treat as a baseline for working inside a live industrial site — the site's own procedures still take precedence.
